Lee Hwa was a modern Chinese tapas and bar concept offering a contemporary approach to Chinese dining in a casual, social setting.

I designed the logo around the meaning of LeeWha (梨花), or “pear blossom,” using the flower as the central visual motif. The Chinese characters were incorporated into the mark to reinforce the restaurant’s identity, while bold typography and a deep green and red palette bring a modern interpretation to traditional Chinese influences.
